Solar Heater At Ground Zero

What is solar heat? Many of us look at a complex, commercial solar heater, and feel as though it's just too complicated. This is not the case, however. 1000's of individuals build their own solar heaters. In this example, I will run through the basics of using typical 25 foot garden hose for generating solar water heater. Depending on how much heat is required, will dictate the length of your solar water heater.

Parts needed:

1  25 foot garden hose.

Place the hose in a flat coil on a black painted board, in the full sun.
Connect the hose to a water hydrant on one end and hose nozzle (closed) on the other end.
Let the hose set out in the sun for 1 hour.
Open the nozzle carefully and check the water temperature.

Congratulations:
You have now built your first solar water heater.

Building a viable solar water heater is just as simple. My manual not only gives you step by step, easy to follow, instructions. It makes it a fun project collecting everyday items to build it. Most of the items can be found at any hardware store. For more information please email me.
